To improve the quality of life and economic conditions for individuals from underserved communities, namely through the use of tax education and outreach services.
Our Vision
For everyone to understand their basic federal tax rights and responsibilities, and have adequate access to the tax assistance services designed to help those in need.

Our Objective
At CFATE, the following three objectives guide our day-to-day quest to do good:

Meaningfully increasing public awareness of free tax preparation services;

Significantly boosting tax literacy rates within underserved communities; and

Leveraging new and emerging technologies to facilitate access to beneficial tax services and incentives.
